Hopefully my company will not be paying its bills this month. ### 1/5 — .. *2024-12-20* App keeps crashing when I need to close a hazard ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage app *2024-10-27, version 5.12.4* Never works. Takes hours to update or just won’t update forms and data at all. Hours upon hours of wasted time and then the app just dumps all saved information and its lost for good. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-09-02* Absolutely terrible. Has to be reset weekly. Problem is, it never goes through the “required update” unless you delete the app and install back having to reconfigure everything back again. More like several hours. It worked for me a year ago but now the app won’t load any further than the first loading data screen. If I could make it zero, I would. Still doesn't work; no response from the developer. Still doesn't work... Is it possible to get this app working on M1 macs? Every time I open it, I get the information message: "Roam will shut down usage on jailbroken device is not permitted". Even then the app will not let me attach a photo. A very consistent problem across iPhone users on our mine site. Please fix; this is sub standard. A never ending loading wheel of doom is quite frequent and it doesn’t work at all. Then randomly it will function perfectly fine and then it’s your best friend. This app is user friendly with a very intuitive UI. BUT the connectivity of it and how glitchy that aspect of it makes it barely worth it. ### 2/5 — iPad Screen Orientation Support *2022-05-18* To the developer, I use this application in the construction industry to complete audits and inspections among other items such as incident reporting. I work from an iPad and find it frustrating that the app does not support screen rotation orientation when using iPad Pro with keyboard. Would be awesome to see you take this up with the coders as we are a major company and need this to work on all platforms not just phones or desktop computers on the web based option Look at coding the app to allow screen rotation Regards Jason ### 2/5 — Won’t load on opening *2020-01-08* Continues to remain on “updating forms and data” .... It’s have removed the app and reloaded Checked both phone and app are up to date but it just does not open at all from this screen after logging in.
