It is maddening. Awful ... awful ... awful - I am going to be speaking to the school to complain and strongly urge another provider as it's absolutely useless !!!! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2026-06-26, version 2.0.25* Absolutely awful app that needs a complete overhaul. I was sent vouchers which were needed for my young daughter and the app wouldn’t accept the code I was sent to create the account! I can either type the first digit or skip the first digit I can type the last 3 digit. I couldn’t finish the pin set up that’s mean I couldn’t use the e voucher that I should have. I have no idea how I’m supposed to use it. It lags every time I tap on something, and if you go back, you have to start all over again. The app requires a 4-digit PIN, however the PIN entry appears to be broken. It will only let me select one digit, or sometimes it ignores the first digit entirely and only accepts the last three. As a result, it’s impossible to create the required PIN and access the app. I’ve tried multiple times with the same result.
