I just got this and it doesn’t even get me past the log in part, there is nothing for me to “agree” to. I clicked on everything and it still won’t let me in. It’s a cool looking toothbrush but it doesn’t even work. I don’t recommend this toothbrush at all. Please fix this!

Got these toothbrushes for my kids for Christmas. They won’t connect to the phone via Wi-Fi, the app won’t even pick them up so nothing I do works. The app is so boring and useless when we could use it that the kids had no interest in it. I expected it to be more interactive like the Colgate humm

App crashes when trying to connect to toothbrush. Also toothbrush is not in English. I have no idea how to set set without the app. Instructions given by maker don’t work.

This app has major issues. First, the minor: How in the world do you set the clock and date? There no setting in the app for it and the device is a day ahead. Major issues: Whenever I attempt to connect the toothbrush the app has trouble finding it and staying connected. Once connected the app stops working and reboots. To make matters worse, the toothbrush doesn’t work/ turn on. This device and app truly isn’t worth the money. I regret buying this thing.
