When I arrive to charge, I have to restart the phone because the app crashes and I waste several minutes. The login button doesn’t do anything… ### 1/5 — Rien qui ne fonctionne, c’est un enfer *2023-12-15* J’écris cet avis à chaud, mais j’ai passé 35 minutes à essayer de m’onboarder à l’application, ça me disait qu’il y avait des erreurs dans mon formulaire, alors que non (évidemment ça le dit au moment de l’ajout de la carte et pas avant), juste le login était déjà pris (mais ça ne me disait pas). Une fois que j’ai trouvé ça j’ai essayé de brancher ma voiture et j’ai passé 20 minutes de plus sans succès. Les bornes, neuves de 2 semaines, sensées être tactiles, ne fonctionnait pas, la charge était stoppée immédiatement. J’ai perdu 50 minutes de ma vie, le tout dans le froid. Et quand je pense que Lausanne a choisi EVPass pour l’installation de bornes partout, on est pas rendu… bref, je suis en train de supercharger chez Tesla, parce que là au moins, ça marche et c’est 30% moins cher. J’aurai du commencer par là… ### 1/5 — Terrible system *2022-09-01, version 2.9.5* Avoid this! The app wouldn't accept any U.K. bank card. Eventually accepted my wife's Norwegian card. None of the charging point QR codes worked and six different cards from round the world were rejected. BEWARE ITALY …COSTS ARE AT CONNECTION TIME REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE DRAWING POWER … leave it on over night and they charge you 220CHF …. that was not the idea could have brought a Diesel and avoided battery 🔋 anxiety ! ### 1/5 — Impossible de payez par carte a la borne *2021-11-20* Après 20 min au téléphone avec le support j’ai du raccrocher car la personne ne parlais presque pas français et je comprenais rien. Comme dit dans le titre la Borne SMotion de Cinemont à Delemont ne fonctionne pas par carte bancaire. La personne du support a du i par le conseil les applications de ces concurrents. J’ai quand même fini par réussir à faire marcher la recharge via l’application Evpass via le bouton recharger. Création compte, enregistrement moyen de paiement, map, procédure de recharge! ### 4/5 — It works but need improvement *2024-03-08* The app does what it needs to - help me find a charging station and charge the car. Hence the 4 stars. That said the little charging station icons have all different colors and I have no idea what they mean. There is no legend on the map and would like to be able to find fast charging stations vs standard ones easily. I googled these questions and found no answer. And what’s the globe do at the bottom of the map? Still not sure.
