Just never works, makes everything so inconvenient and hard to manage. Just the complete opposite of efficient. I would give it 0 out of 5 stars if I could. ### 1/5 — Terrible since update *2026-06-22, version 3.0.3* The absolute worst app of all time especially since the refresh. Always has connectivity issues, never able to stay logged in, check charging status etc ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-05-22, version 3.0.3* This app was totally fine, and worked as expected. Then they updated it, and every single time you go to charge, you have to allow the app access to your camera and location, scan the QR and log back in. Every.single.time. It’s infuriating to basically set up the app from scratch every time you want to use it. ### 1/5 — Terrible experience *2026-05-22, version 3.0.3* They don’t deserve any money for how badly designed this app is. It requests for camera access every single time. Then they blame the customer when the app crashes and doesn’t even charge… Terrible experience ### 1/5 — Terrible Interface *2026-05-09, version 3.0.3* Whatever they changed to this newer version made the app from a solid 4-5 stars to 1 star. Constantly having to reinstall the app, the QR code never opens the app anymore, having to constantly update location and camera permissions and it using an in-app browser instead of it being local to the app, and the actual servers EVPassport uses aren’t updated properly on the backend, showing a session that I don’t even have. I only have this app because my apartment has these chargers installed. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-05-01, version 3.0.3* I hate that my apartment community switched to these because now I have to drive across town to find a charge point. App has so many issues how do they intend to make money if it’s so difficult to pay them. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-04-30, version 3.0.2* This app got updated and barely functions anymore. I have to login every time, it forgets all entitlements every time, today loads to a white screen, so I can’t charge. I used to check the app before arriving to see which charger was not in use. Now, it doesn’t even recognize the location. If I scan the QR code I can charge that way, but it doesn’t register in the app anymore. I’ve had errors where I was charged a crazy idle fee because charging failed and I have to frequently uninstall and reinstall the app just to be able to start a basic charge.
