It had charged me the auth amount 4 times (£200), luckily I had the money to cover this. I’m still waiting for it to be returned to my bank 3 days later… All round bad charging experience which is a shame because the chargers themselves are fast and usually in decent locations. Sort your app out with a user friendly update. ### 1/5 — I should have read the reviews beforehand *2024-06-13* Tried to charge using contactless - took £55 holding fee but didn’t charge. Tried repeatedly to get it working, still nothing. Tried using the app ultimately and that didn’t work either - came up with repeated error messages. Rang for support and they admitted on the phone that the app wasn’t working and after all that I still wasn’t able to charge my car.
