This just concerns the app nothing about pay, number of parcels etc. its very temperamental, doesn’t work in low signal areas, cannot add your pronouns to your profile, cannot counter comment on awful untrue customer feedback, metrics don’t take into account you’re having to deliver tonnes of non manifest parcels outside eta’s to be efficient and regularly has major lock ups which even hard resets don’t clear. That said is good to band change parcels, see what you made and parcel volumes. Just don’t read customer comments as they are extremely anonymous and harassing! ### 1/5 — Savage pay *2026-04-26, version 3.21.51* If u look at the time you spend ‘working,’ the amount of money you get works out WAY LESS than minimus wage. You’re told to be at depot for half 10. The parcels will NOT be ready for you till about half 11, (sometimes later) You then spend an hour scanning, arranging / numbering your parcels for your route. All this is unpaid, as you don’t actually earn a penny until u scan and deliver a parcel. So… that 2 hours before you get going, which means at minimum wage you should already have earnt £12.71 x 2 Instead of earning this hourly minimum you have spent 2 hours before getting on the road for literally zero wage at all. Also, you’re not given any funds for fuel, so that’s an additional expense you must account for. I used to put around £35 fuel in to do 3 days a week. It is now about £50 that is needed since these recent fuel price rises. That means for the 3 days I do, one of those days earning just covers fuel. The company hasn’t done anything to address fuel prices as this isn’t their concern at all, so it’s now earning even less than what was already under the legal minimum wage. In addition to this, if u want to withdraw some wages on your own time, rather than waiting till your payday, then you have to pay them £1.80 for that privilege. Literally pay to take your own money out, so u have to pay money to withdraw your already less that legal minimum wage funds, to be able to pay for fuel, that way increased by more than a third, to then spend 2 hours waiting or sorting parcels for literally zero pay at all. Once the parcels are sorted and in order, and your actually on the road, despite being owed £25 per shift before setting off, that you simply just don’t get, it’s actually quite pleaser and is alright, just driving about listening to your tunes or podcasts or whatever, and as long as the app is playing ball, then it’s all good. It just really feels like a pisstake how your expected to be in at a time, where the parcels are never ready for, and expected to spend an hour sorting and arranging for zero money at all. That’s not an exaggeration. U spend 2 hours roughly, for no wage in any way. If you could ‘clock in’ at 10:30 when your told to be there, and then paid for that time, and given a fuel allowance or something, then it would literally be all good. Also, I bet people would take more pride in their work, and in turn Evri would have a much better standing and public opinion. It’s stupid because they were that bad, and had such a terrible reputation, that they literally changed the name of the company, but did not do anything to address the reasons why this was the case in the first place. ### 1/5 — This app is a scam *2026-04-22, version 3.21.50* I don’t know why App Store let them upload this app but it’s a scam. You can see. It’s only been download 500 times and once you download the app they will ask you to complete the form and then they will send you a QR code and the download link in their email so once you download that that’s where the problem comes in so guys don’t download this and Apple should remove this app from the App Store immediately ### 1/5 — How is this legal *2026-04-18* Pathetic pay, barely make minimum wage most days and that’s ignoring the fact you have to pay entirely for your own fuel, and ever since the war began and fuel costs have become insane this job is simply not worth it. Not to mention you arrive in the morning, have to scan all the packages and load your car, and hope their terrible app doesn’t glitch out and make you take ages before you even get on the road, all of this to not be paid until you deliver your first parcel, which is usually a pathetic 52p Awful setup, really don’t understand how this can even be considered legal in this day and age and they can’t just pay an hourly rate. So glitchy. The update of March 2026 means the camera scanner for band changes and duplications doesn’t work so you have to enter things manually. Camera doesn’t pick up anything. Called training period. The money is more less the minimum wages. The delivery rate parcel per hour depends on if you are delivering to houses or flats and if you are unlucky and have flats you need to be Sonic to achieve and meet the delivery rate. Their payment system is extremely slow and holds your hard-earned money for weeks without any clear reason. On top of that, their app freezes constantly, and as soon as you decide to leave or stop providing services, they instantly restrict your account and lock you out before you even receive your final payments. Complete lack of respect for drivers and zero support. I worked for about 10 to 12 days, and according to their payment policy, they pay after 10 days. But the amount I received was extremely small, and it just didn’t align with the effort I put in. I would urge everyone not to get involved with this work, because it’s really not worth it and it only leads to frustration. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-05-07, version 3.21.52* Instead of doing an update to make it display the evri logo 3 times every time you open the app, how about stopping it flicking to the top of the homepage every time you swipe down?stop it opening make an enquiry when youre tapping on parcel band change? Show all information regarding customer enquiries, ie. THE ADDRESS. Add a means of submitting photo evidence to the parcel band change requests? Simply reading what was on the label without seeing the parcel gives you absolutely no right to deny that my parcels have been disbanded. This app is a total joke and so are the people running evri. ### 1/5 — App issues *2026-05-04, version 3.21.51* New to the app but in just using it 5 times I’ve had to uninstall twice. It keeps freezing and doesn’t let you click on anything like home just stays on the ‘training booked’ page. This is annoying especially when it’s tell you that there are training to be done. This needs better service if it’s the main app colleagues need to use. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Delivery *2026-03-14, version 3.21.45* Delivery driver to my home is second to nine so friendly efficient always informative re delivery and I cannot rate this guy highly enough. ### 5/5 — Easy and Efficient *2026-02-04* Started working for Evri and had no problems! I see a lot of complaints about how people are underpaid blah blah blah but it’s not exactly hard work. It does give you flexibility and you are supported when you need it! People just need to get off their high horse and stop the moaning. I understand it’s not for everyone but when you sign up, you know the score from the get go so just don’t bother applying if you’re going to complain about how much you’re getting paid or not getting paid! Work is work and some people are actually happy doing this job! ### 5/5 — Reply to “Ta new Courier” review (5th February) *2022-02-18* Just wanted to reply to the previous feedback regarding how long it takes from job application to interview. I can only give feedback on this based on my own personal experience but.... I applied for the role of parcel delivery driver/courier on or around the 8th February and received a call from the Manager on 16th February, offering me to come in for training/delivery round the next day (17th February)! ### 5/5 — Excellent app. Simple, fast and well made. *2022-02-05* This is a great app. It is quite simple to be a courier after the interview. As a new courier, you need to apply first, pass one interview, eSign s contract sent by email. After signing you can get access to the marketplace. Can we not group these updates together once a week please ### 4/5 — Rate the app, not the organisation *2026-05-19* Lots of the 1 star reviews are criticising the company, not the app. Sure there is a different forum for that. The app itself is fairly easy to use although it can freeze sometimes and need restarting but on the whole, fairly straightforward to use and interface friendly ### 3/5 — App not up to the job *2026-08-21* I use this app every time I go out on a round and to say it was useless would be an understatement, everything about it is wrong. I used to be an app developer and know good apps vs bad apps, why didn’t Evri ask anyone what they thought before releasing it? I could write a book on how it could be improved but that’s the job of the Evri management Team, they should put the right people in place to make this right - end of rant! ### 3/5 — Working here *2026-06-08* Honestly it’s not as bad as people say it is, if your slow with this job you aren’t going to be happy. But when you actually learn everything and how to be as fast as you can doing one round that’s when the money actually talks. I have one route that I do everyday and it takes me 2-3 hours depending on volume. When it’s about 140 parcels it’ll take me 3 hours and that already gives me £25 an hour. Say if it took me longer than that, that’s when I’ll be questioning am I being paid enough. This job isn’t for everyone honestly but if your quick at it its definitely for you. ### 3/5 — It needs a serious update *2026-05-19* It’s an absolute joke using it on an iPhone. It freezes a lot of times. I can’t even open the information I want to see. Or I can if I open something else in it first. It’s hard to submit requests about the parcel on the job because it always freezes. I just wanted to update the app because it didn’t let me use it until I uploaded but the update button didn’t work in the app. I had to find it in the Apple Store where it didn’t show the available update. I had to click on the app information first for finally see the ‘OPEN’ button changed to ‘UPDATE’. ### 3/5 — Performing badly since update *2022-09-12* This app is running very slow since the last update. It now no longer uses Face Recognition and I have to keep logging in with my password. Marketplace search features need fixing so it remembers your chosen filters. It is currently almost impossible/tedious to search for rounds to cover.
