Surly if an item is tracked it should be updated at least every 6 hours. Still no update. Why have an app that is no use to anyone. ### 1/5 — Worst Courier Company in UK *2026-08-30, version 2.72.1* This is the second parcel from my vendor that has gone missing, first one supposedly lost at the depot, information I got from my vendor, not Evri Second parcel was showing as out for delivery on Wednesday, but somehow never reached the locker and is now showing as being back at the depot. I put my postcode in and it scrambles it up to miss out a line and place me at an address to the north a mile away. When it asks me to pinpoint my exact location, it starts me a mile south and won’t let me move to the exact location. It asks me to find an Evri location to deliver to instead and I can’t select it. Consistently lose items. Where are they even going? Obviously thieves working for them. They've literally lost 4 items in 3 weeks. I’ve had four or 5 to 6. Actually parcels delivered to different addresses each day. I monitor every about it and nothing gets sorted, actually lost out on these parcels as I’ve not got them back And I think it isn’t actually disgrace. I’ve got onto Evri nothing gets sorted. Nothing gets done. You’ve got these stupid automated telephone number where you can’t actually speak to a human and get it sorted. I think they’re the worst delivery people how they’re still in business. I do not know they’ve got all these drivers but just basically use their GPS and then soon as they get to their location they just drop it because that someone went out to them with a couple of parcels I know and said to mate this is not the address they said well this is where I’ve got told by GPS satnav where it is and that’s where I’m gonna drop it and the guy said well it’s down down just down the road there the address and he just said I’m not worried that’s where it’s told me that’s where I’m dropping it. They don’t care and people are losing out on loads and loads of money, I can’t get refunds off of eBay because obviously I keep having to go back there to say about it so I’m losing it and I think it’s an absolute joke and this needs sorting every other worst delivery people I’ve ever known everyone says about them that cheap, but they’re cheap right but I’d rather pay a bit more money in his Royal mail or Amazon or any of the others because they should get your and it doesn’t get delivered somewhere totally different and you’re losing it all the time every wedding had to sort their selves out and when you complain on their automated thing and it says to give you an email address give you detail details we’re being in contact and he never hear anything. They’re absolutely Diab anyway if I was anybody I would not use Evri as they are absolutely rubbish. Thanks for reading this review many thanks, Jason Green number one. None of the current options in the list are suitable for everyone but if there was a blank option (custom list option) then users could input their own delivery instructions/location for when recipient is unable to receive the parcel from the courier. I have sent a multitude of parcels via vinted with Evri. In this past week I have had 3 returned to me and one arrive at the buyer in pieces, broken. The 3 returned to me were also due to the packaging being damaged or broken in transit by Evri. All of my parcels go in bubble wrap, packing paper, cardboard boxes and kitchen roll, sometimes all 4 of these items are used.
