EVRoar turns your phone into an engine. Pick a thundering V8, a screaming V10, a turbine-smooth V12, or a cinematic electric drive sound — then drive. EVRoar reads your motion and plays an authentic, gear-shifting engine note through your car's speakers, live.

Built for petrolheads who went electric — and anyone who misses the noise.

• Nine distinct engines: cross-plane V8 burble, flat-plane exotic, V10 wail, V12 hypercar, classic muscle, turbo flat-six, vintage oldtimer, exotic supercar, and a futuristic EV synth.
• Firing-order accurate — a cross-plane V8 burbles because of its uneven firing pattern, and EVRoar models it.
• The sound reacts to load: accelerating sounds different from coasting, with backfires and overrun crackle on lift-off.

• Uses your phone's GPS, accelerometer and gyroscope to turn real motion into revs.

EVRoar 1.3 is our biggest update yet:

• Live vehicle data — connect an S3XY Commander (Tesla) over WiFi or a Bluetooth OBD-II adapter: real speed and your actual accelerator pedal drive the sound with zero lag. Falls back to phone sensors automatically.
• Four new engines — Bavarian V8 & V10, Flat-Six GT and the odd-fire Furia V10, each with its own studio-generated sound bank.
• Sports-car cockpit — rotate your phone for a full instrument cluster: tach with red zone, speedo, oil & water temps, torque and gear. Dial themes follow the engine's character.
• Sharper feel — instant throttle response, overrun crackle, gear-shift torque cut & rev-match blip, and uphill/downhill engine load.

• Revs now change the engine's character, not just its pitch — idle grumble tightens into a bright, raspy top end as you climb toward redline.
• Throttle response is load-aware: lift off and the exhaust goes hollow and quiet, just like real engine braking.
• A new intake voice adds induction roar on power, panned for stereo depth through your car's speakers.
