Most of the notifications say the same thing. From what I’ve noticed you cannot turn the notifications off which is really frustrating. ### 3/5 — Filters *2026-06-28, version 5.8* I haven’t ordered yet this is purely about the app itself, almost everything is sold out ,I end up scrolling for a while before I can find something that isn’t, I end up just shutting the app bc it’s so inconvenient. I placed an order April 15, they are using an app called “ shop “ for tracking. I got no updates on my package until April 28th, saying it finally shipped out. Today on may 12th the tracking has changed, it now says “ you shipping label has been created. I’ve contacted evry Jewls Support multiple times just to talk to AI bots who can’t help. I’m assuming my package is lost yet they aren’t saying anything. Worst customer service ever. Nearly everything I’ve purchased has broken after a short time, which was frustrating considering how much I liked the designs. I reached out to customer service multiple times by email and was told to file a warranty claim. I submitted the claim several times, but never received a response or any resolution. What makes this especially disappointing is that when my original order arrived late, customer service responded quickly and even gave me store credit, which I genuinely appreciated. It feels like the quality of both the products and the customer service has declined over the months and years. I only buy my jewelry from EVRY and it never fails. I buy their waterproof stuff and they haven’t tarnished even after months of wearing and getting it wet. Even when I got a couple pieces that came broken/tarnished, the service was quick and helpful to give me store credit (I had free warranty added to checkout). HOWEVER, the app itself is quite frustrating to use. It’s slow to respond and really really laggy.
