I filled in the credentials, nothing happens. Horrible user experience. ### 1/5 — Perché chiede tutte queste informazioni? *2026-02-18, version 220.18.8* Richiede troppe informazioni, anche personali, ed anche un metodo di pagamento, senza i quali non si riesce nemmeno a capire il funzionamento dell’App, perché non consente di andare avanti se non dopo avere compilato tutto. Il servizio per me è fuori mercato. Chiede 1 euro ad ogni ricarica e, nonostante il prezzo al kw sia più alto di altre app, dopo 3 ore si paga sia il kw che la tariffa di sosta. Evdc ad esempio è molto più competitiva . ### 1/5 — Esperienza deludente e gestione clienti inaccettabile *2025-09-22, version 220.18.6* L’app funzione bene dal punto di vista tecnico, ma la mia esperienza con l’azienda è stata pessima. Ho espresso un reclamo, anche se critico, riguardo alla cosiddetta “tassa di occupazione” applicata alle colonnine (0,16cent al minuto oltre ai 180 minuti che l’auto sia in carica o meno). Invece di aprire un dialogo costruttivo, Route220 (l’azienda dietro evway) ha deciso di eliminare il mio account unilateralmente, richiamandosi ai termini di servizio. Trovo questa gestione dei clienti sproporzionata e poco rispettosa: un utente che paga e segnala un disservizio non dovrebbe essere escluso in questo modo. Una politica che non accetta critiche non solo peggiora l’esperienza del cliente, ma mette in discussione l’affidabilità del servizio. Peccato perché l’app ha potenzialità, ma dietro c’è un approccio che non consiglio a chi cerca un servizio affidabile e orientato alle persone. ### 1/5 — Ladri *2025-07-29, version 220.18.6* Il problema in questo caso non è l’app in se, ma il costo da strozzini che ricaricano rispetto alle app della colonnina stessa. Can't be used. ### 1/5 — Accesso impossibile *2025-06-10, version 220.18.4* Ho creato un account per utilizzare l’app ma dopo l’inserimento della password si rimane bloccati nella schermata di login senza poter effettuare l’accesso. ### 1/5 — Esperienza grave con blocchi di denaro non dichiarati e assistenza aggressiva *2025-05-29, version 220.18.2* A maggio 2025 ho usato l’app EvWay per ricaricare la mia auto elettrica, e senza alcun preavviso né avviso nell’app o nei termini d’uso, mi sono stati bloccati 80€ come pre-autorizzazione. Dopo più di 24 ore l’importo è tornato disponibile, ma pochi giorni dopo, con altre due ricariche, ho subito un blocco totale di 160€, che è rimasto sul conto per diversi giorni. Solo dopo mie segnalazioni ho ricevuto risposta, in cui mi è stato riferito che sarei stato “schedato” per un presunto disguido del 2024 (mai comunicato prima), e che questo giustificava le restrizioni sul mio profilo. La risposta dell’assistenza è stata aggressiva, accusatoria e priva di trasparenza, culminando con una revoca unilaterale e ritorsiva della possibilità di chiedere un reset del credito. È assurdo che un’app di questo tipo operi con blocchi occulti su importi così rilevanti, senza alcuna informativa preventiva e con un’assistenza incapace di gestire il cliente con rispetto. Evitate questa app se non volete trovarvi con centinaia di euro congelati senza spiegazioni.
