App is really very good and helpful but only few times when it works. Most of the time it just keeps processing but shows nothing. Please fix.

I tried evy for the first time at Kailash Bhel near Khed shivapur toll plaza.
The charger worked fine and was able to connect to the vehicle in the first attempt. 
App ui is good and easy to use.
