There is no pricing displayed anywhere in the app. Is this even legal?

App always says it’s got no internet connection, this means I can never access it and pay through it. Which is a problem because the physical card payment machine at my local charging point has been broken for months and it means I can’t use the service. Meaning I have to take my car elsewhere to other suppliers to charge.

App doesn’t open at all. These companies aren’t regulated properly and are the reason drivers don’t buy electric cars.

Used to be a one of the better PAYG charging apps - however since the last update I cannot get it to connect over cellular data with the app just saying no internet connection- even when deleting and reinstalling over cellular. 

Tried connecting support only to have no response yet

I have tried using 2 different stations at different locations this weekend which didn’t work. When I called for support they said the stations were offline and needed an engineer to visit and they did not know when this would be done. My car was down to 2% due to two failed attempts with these stations. This service is a joke! App doesn’t always work. Contactless doesn’t always work. Machines go offline like this. Joke?! Joke! Joke!

Have to tap and pay and wait ages for a receipt to the point where I avoid using the charger need to have better response time for receipts and queries

Didn’t manage to start charging trough this app, but thanks to one very helpful lady from the support line I was advised to try using charge assist and then charging started as usual. Cheers!

Charge starts fine when scanning the QR code on the charger. Only issue I have is I’m unable to download the VAT receipt for any of the sessions when selecting download VAT receipt PDF within the app. Hopefully it’s resolved in a future update 🤞🏻

Hi when I initially started charging my vehicle Mercedes the company provided me with a Mercedes card which is free charging for a year due to my memory loss I forgot this (my disability) so I was always paying for the charge would it be possible to refund me back the money I payed for dates which I can provide and letter from doctor explaining my diagnosed disability’s

Got my first EV last week (Skoda Elroq edition 85). Went out to the nearest ev charging point to basically get to know what to do. Well what can I say, it was so straight forward and stress free, and I was happy with the cost. Will definitely be using again.
