• IQA Reviews — See samples assigned to you from your organisation’s tracker (SharePoint IQAReviews). Save IQA feedback and status, then open the candidate’s full portfolio to complete sampling.

• EQA Reviews — See only EQA samples released to you (SharePoint EQAReviews). Review evidence in a read-only workflow and record EQA feedback securely.

• AI-assisted assessor support — Optional AI drafts for assessor feedback and evidence triage, aligned to performance criteria. All assessment decisions remain yours to confirm.

• Clearer criteria & reports — Performance criteria text is matched to the correct unit. Progress report checklists no longer show completion ticks on subheadings—only on assessable criteria.

What’s New

For assessors

Gap analysis now checks each performance criterion against approved evidence and whether another assessment occasion is still needed (where your qualification rules require more than one distinct day).
After running gap analysis on a candidate’s site, the app can save a detailed PDF report to your organisation’s EWA Tracker SharePoint archive for your records.
When browsing a candidate’s evidence in Assessor mode, folders are labelled in plain language (unit titles and criterion descriptions), similar to the candidate portfolio view, so you can find the right folder faster.
For candidates

Hints when you work on criteria help you see what kind of evidence and procedures are expected, so you can plan uploads and site work with clearer guidance.
When you add a title in Upload evidence, that title is now used as the file name on SharePoint (with the correct file extension), so assessors and verifiers see meaningful names in the library.

Improvements to SharePoint connectivity and central tracker site handling for uploads and reporting.
