Hello,
I have been trying to contact the customer care from a very very long time. I have been messaging on the app plus dropping emails but there seem to be no response at all. The customer care number isn’t reachable. I had made 3 transactions on 11th April 2019 on EWIRE. The transaction made through debit card was successful and was reflecting in the account but the transactions that I made through the BHIM UPI were successful but the amount wasn’t reflecting in the account. I even got 2 messages of failed transactions but according to the bank statement, the BHIM UPI app, the bank mails and the reference numbers the transaction was successful at our end but the amount of RS 900 wasn’t reflecting in my EWIRE wallet. I’m sending you all the possible screenshots in the attachment hence proving that the transaction was successful from the BHIM Upi and the money also got deducted from my bank amount but wasn’t reflecting in my wAllet. Please return my money asap or I will have to take strict actions against the app and even post it on all social medias with proofs that this is a fake app and they don’t know what is customer relationship and take your money and don’t return it. Please contact me asap. Either give my money back in the wallet or in my bank account through the same upi it got deducted from. Kindly go through the screenshots of transactions successful

I lost ₹480 rupees while I was adding it into my funds. I have been contacting to them for 10 days. They have asked me to mail every time. I have mailed them dozen times.
They promise every single time to refund my money but this never happened. 

I’m taking the matter to the consumer forum.

Do not use this app at all. I lost Rs 250 while adding money and they closed the enquiry from their end without resolving the issue.

Moreover, I have been trying to recharge/top-up my airtel number and tried twice from this app. It deducted Rs 360 (110 & 250) from the account but recharge is not done yet.

DO NOT USE THIS APP.
