Tried to reset one and it says device not supported, update app but it IS updated. Have tried multiple times but the app won’t load the individual bulb to adjust the light. I searched eWisehome in Alexa’s skill section then input correct user email and password. How is using Alexa a shortcut? It closes the door just fine through Alexa, no questions asked, but to open it, you go through the same steps of fumbling with your phone while pulling into your driveway, opening the app, and then telling Alexa to open the door and giving her a pin. I can punch the button to open the door on the app just as fast. ### 1/5 — Really 1 year ago??? *2022-08-13, version 1.0.2* You app needs an UPDATE ASAP. Looots of bugs and stuff to be improved. Why do I have to individually select devices to see their status? Why can’t I add them to Siri? (At least shortcuts). Why can’t You guys make widgets?
