They keep adding unnecessary stuff that doesn’t work instead of making better what actually does! It is there way or no way you can’t even pick your own password or re use one, Avoid and use another ### 1/5 — Ok for office based personnel *2019-11-20, version 3.3.4* This app is ok for office works and keeping track of sub contractors But is far to limited to be of any practical use for a company with mobile engineers ### 2/5 — Areas that need improving *2021-05-27* EWorks offers some nice features that any service company may want/need, but I’d like to list some aspects that need improving. 1. The lack of appointment options for workers. If you would like to micromanage to the point of nausea, this app is perfect. Let’s say you want to assign a worker to a task/job. Your workers will have to fill out a service report and click “accept” to start. Then “on route” as they drive to site. Now they click “on site”. And to finish off, the click “complete”. Give the option of excluding these steps. Pressing “complete” once should suffice. 2. When customers view work reports nowadays, they expect visuals. There is currently no option to include pictures in the actual job report itself, but it’s sent as an attachment instead. Have everything together in an easy to read report and that would be a huge benefit to consumers. 3. Okay last one. When I press save on almost any page, it’s a 3-5 second refresh of the browser. There are a lot of things to save in this program. And 3-5 seconds doesn’t seem like much but after 20 saves working on reports, it becomes very frustrating. If there was a way to reduce the time on save times, that would be incredibly helpful ### 2/5 — iPhone XR *2019-01-15, version 2.7.6* Doesn’t work properly. Keeps closing itself. Maybe not updated for iPhone XR yet. Hopefully gets sorted soon as is a good app ### 2/5 — Login problem *2013-12-15* App asking to login. But not works With my apple id. Wont allow to create new login. Dont know how... Please help. Like the app, looks easy to use. ### 3/5 — New 3.1.7 update *2019-05-31, version 3.1.7* 1 - Unable to copy from jod description to paste in the note such as serial number . Copy and paste is quite important saving time writing ( very long serial number and description ) 2 - when adding picture or attachment - to add title you need to open a new tap, unlike the old app picture and title next to it. That's long ### 4/5 — Underhill Engineering *2018-08-25, version 2.6.6* This has been a fantastic upgrade to the business in tracking Project time and Costs. (These chaps at EWorks base are updating this program all the time, so must keep up). It is a tool that you must use regularly so you don’t forget how to perform some of the functions. (It would be really handy if they could do a pdf help manual, this would especially help when learning the financial tie up from start to finish of a project). ### 4/5 — Needs improvement/updating *2015-08-07, version 1.6.4* We have been using this app in our property maintenance company for the last 6 months. A few updates are required to make this app something we would use in the long term; * notifications of new jobs, up coming appointments etc * sync with google Callander or built in one * ability to attach more than one picture at a time to job sheets * a user manual for the office and mobile operatives Overall the app works well compared to similar apps available. If the above updates are made I would rate this app 5 star ### 5/5 — Business Management *2020-08-10, version 3.6.6* I run my entire workforce on this application.
