## What is EWS Field Projects?

EWS Field Projects is job management for wireless and low-voltage field teams: the people on the job site and the office that runs the work.

PROJECTS AND TASKS
• Every job with its tasks, due dates, priorities and who is on it
• List, board, timeline and calendar views
• "My tasks" shows what is overdue, due today and coming up

PHOTOS AND DELIVERABLES
• Take job-site photos from the phone and attach them to the task
• Track required photos per unit, closet or device so nothing is missed at closeout

BUDGETS, PURCHASE ORDERS AND COSTS
• Build a budget for each job, submit it and get it approved
• Draft purchase orders, mark material received, enter vendor invoices
• See committed cost, actual cost and what is left on every job

CALLS AND TEXTS ON YOUR WORK NUMBER
• Each person can have their own work line: calls ring in the app, with voicemail and texts
• Notifications for missed calls, voicemails, texts and approvals

The phone app is for people already on a company's team. Companies are set up, and people are added, by the company's admin on the web.
