## What is Ex?

Reconnect, wait, or move forward? Ex helps you think through your next step after a breakup.

Review what actually happened, separate facts from assumptions, and consider whether interest in reconnecting appears mutual. Get a practical next step and a 30-day plan that respects your needs and the other person's boundaries.

UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION
• Review your relationship, recent contact, and how the last interaction felt
• Compare words with actions, including who starts conversations
• See signs of connection alongside signs of distance
• Keep a dated timeline of changes you choose to record
• Add optional message screenshots for on-device text recognition and review

CHOOSE A RESPECTFUL NEXT STEP
A warm message does not necessarily mean someone wants to reconnect. Ex helps you look for voluntary contact and consistent effort, consider what remains uncertain, and decide whether to pause, respond calmly, or focus on moving forward. Reconnection requires both people to want it; the app cannot know another person's thoughts or guarantee their return.

CONTINUE WITH EX PREMIUM
• Unlock your full relationship review and next-step guidance
• Follow a 30-day plan: pause reactive messages, notice voluntary changes, return attention to yourself, and review your next move
• Use guided coaching and calm message examples with clear rules for when not to send
• Reflect privately with on-device voice or typed notes
• Use a no-contact tracker and attention boundaries when space is the appropriate choice

BOUNDARIES MATTER
If you report abuse, threats, stalking, or a clear request for no contact, Ex prioritizes safety, distance, and your own support rather than reconnection. Ex provides guided reflection, not therapy or a prediction of another person's behavior.

YOUR RELATIONSHIP DETAILS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE
Your answers, selected message screenshots, voice reflections, and timeline are processed and stored on your device. Ex does not connect to social accounts or track another person's activity. The app collects limited usage analytics; optional advertising measurement requires your permission. See the privacy policy for details.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Ex Premium offers weekly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions with the same premium features. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings. Access to premium tools requires an active subscription; a weekly purchase does not prepay the full 30-day plan.
