About

Learn Korean in your own language — not through English. EXA Languages teaches Korean through short stories. You hear the line first, then see what it means in your language, then break it into chunks you can actually use. HOW IT WORKS 1. Listen Watch a short story episode. Hear each line before you read anything. Then watch again without subtitles until the sounds separate into words. 2. Speak in a situation Pick a situation you actually need — ordering food, going to a government office, asking for directions. See every phrase used there, listen to them on repeat, then answer the other person's questions out loud and see if you got it right. 3. Fix what actually holds you back Every language pair has its own breaking points. For Korean, it's particles, verb endings, honorifics, word order, connectives, and irregular conjugation. EXA tracks where you keep slipping and drills exactly those — not a fixed curriculum everyone runs through. WHY YOUR OWN LANGUAGE MATTERS Most Korean apps explain everything in English. If English isn't your first language, you're learning two languages at once. EXA shows meaning in your language, so you only learn one. WHY ONE APP INSTEAD OF FOUR Most Korean learners end up stacking apps — one for listening, one for speaking, one for grammar. EXA covers all three in one place, and they feed each other: what you hear in a story becomes what you practice saying, and where you slip becomes what you drill. WHAT YOU GET - Story episodes with audio and subtitles in your language - Offline listening — download and study on your commute - Situation practice you create yourself, for any situation you need - Grammar drills built around your actual weak points - A progress board that shows what to work on next ALSO AVAILABLE Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, and English — learn any of them from your own language. Save your progress: connect an Apple or Google account from “Save progress” in the menu and pick up where you left off on a new phone or after reinstalling. It’s optional — everything works without it.
