It’s UI is fairly dated, you cannot force a mobile user to change their password, or even, as far as I see, change a password at all. There is a persistent issue with some of my users’ video timing out, thus rendering the app useless. I would love to recommend Exacq, but because it’s not mobile-friendly, I really cant. The icons make no sense. The buttons all do different things. There’s no logic to when you click a word or just an icon on certain settings. The ability to troubleshoot the app is non-existent. Once you are connected, and your cameras appear, it is not intuitive at all how to change your views. The search feature is awful! Try to narrow down the search time to 10 minutes and it wants to return two hours, then makes you wait as it buffers. This app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Then I figured out that when I updated my Exacq server, I also had to update the web server. After the update of the web server, the app works. Up date them both to the same version and you should be fine. ### 5/5 — Excellent value functional app *2017-12-28* As an integrator Exacq is my first choice for small to medium installs. Once you navigate the app and with the new configuration backup and reloading for clients it is simple to setup.
