Doesn’t need to be much more complicated than that. Need a clock with seconds? It's surprising that iPhone doesn't already have an easy way to see seconds. But this app works well for it. We still use SMPTE time code for many shooting and syncing operations and use “time of day” time code setting. This app allows me a quick glance at the exact time to the second to set the various TC generators on my camera and other devices. Very helpful! One little note, It’s not “savings time” as noted on your app. To be correct it should be “saving time” as in “Daylight Saving Time”.
