I called and asked for when my medication come. They told me it would be out there on Friday. It never showed due to the snowstorm in North Carolina. I’m hoping my medicine will come on this Friday. February 6 I am almost out of my medication. I wish I could use a pharmacy instead of ExactCare. Please fix ….thanks ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Exact Care has been a life changer! *2026-07-19, version 1.1.1* Customer service always ask questions to be sure my meds are distributed correctly, they stay in contact with my doctors, answer my calls and help me anytime I call or run out of meds they have even overnighted when needed. This pharmacy is 100% for taken care of their customer and making sure their needs are met. If you have read any different reviews please do t believe it, call for yourself and talk to a representative because everyone has an opinion and just maybe the person writing the bad review was already having a bad day, week, or month and when this review came up something may not have went exactly right but if you live in reality mistakes happen but anything can be resolved by talking it through.
