## What is Examen?

Prepare for Catholic confession with a guided examination of conscience that's clear, personal, and private.

Examen helps you reflect on your choices, recognize where you've fallen short, and prepare for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Take a quick examen, review your day, or follow a more detailed path before confession—all at your own pace.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND
• Guided questions for adults, teens, and children
• Catholic reflections based on the Ten Commandments
• A review of the points you want to bring to confession
• The Act of Contrition and practical confession guidance
• Reading and accessibility options
• Biometric protection for Premium features

YOUR REFLECTIONS STAY PRIVATE
Personal notes and spiritual reflections remain on your device, rather than being uploaded to the cloud. Enjoy a discreet, ad-free space for honest reflection.

START WITH A FREE EXAMEN
A basic examination of conscience is free. More detailed guided examinations and additional features are available with Premium; purchase options are explained in the app.

Available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and Polish. Examen supports your spiritual preparation; it does not replace sacramental confession or advice from a priest.
