## What is Examen teórico DGT en ruso?

Theory preparation for the Spanish permiso B exam, written for Russian speakers living in Spain.

Licences issued in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan cannot be exchanged: Spain has no exchange agreement with those countries. Six months after taking up residence, a foreign licence stops being valid and the exam has to be taken again.

700+ questions with the Spanish wording and a Russian explanation citing the article of the Reglamento General de Circulación it rests on. A 30-question mock exam with the real APTO / NO APTO threshold, an initial diagnostic, spaced repetition, a glossary of exam terminology, and full offline operation.

Content follows the wording in force from 1 October 2026.
