### 1/5 — Not worth the trouble!

*2020-04-23*

I am no longer able to log in. It will not accept my information and there is no way to reset the password. My only course of action is to register under another email. But how long will it be until that isn’t recognized. Not worth the trouble.

### 1/5 — Hoped for it to be more

*2019-09-10*

I thought this app would perhaps include some space for journaling or prompts beyond the videos. Why is it an app if there is no interactivity? Could just keep it as a web page or YouTube playlist.

### 1/5 — Could not log in to create an account

*2019-08-09*

Tried to repeatedly to create an account

**Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know. Responding to similar feedback, we have decided to remove the "create an account" part of the app entirely. You should be able to access the content with zero barriers now.

### 1/5 — Help

*2019-08-06*

I keep trying to open the app but I get an error message when I try to register.

**Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know. Responding to similar feedback, we have decided to remove the registration part of the app entirely. You should be able to access the content with zero barriers now.

### 2/5 — Good Video, Bad App

*2019-08-02*

This is less an app than a slickly produced video trying to pass as an app. The video is well done but it belongs on a service like YouTube. For an app that’s supposed to facilitate the daily prayer of Examen, I expected more.

**Developer response:** Hi, danbrockway85. We are glad to hear you like the videos.

Regarding the app distribution method, we are hoping that having the videos in a form like this will encourage people to focus on the Prayer of Examen rather than having it open in one of many tabs in a traditional web browser. We hope that this app will aid people who want to watch the short films and pray while, for example, on the train commuting or waiting at the DMV. We also hope this is a good way for our non-English speaking community members to access the versions of the short films we created for them.

In any case, we do value your feedback, and we'll consider it as we continue working to create meaningful ways for people to interact with Christian spiritual practices.

### 2/5 — Why do I have to log in?

*2019-08-02*

Why do I have to log in to pray ?

**Developer response:** Thank you for this feedback. In response, we have decided to remove the "create an account" part of the app entirely. You should be able to access the content with zero barriers now.

### 1/5 — Prayer of Examen

*2019-08-01*

Too buggy. Tried to register three times. Registration failed and never told me why. Then I couldn’t get back into the rest of the app. I had high hopes.

**Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know. Responding to similar feedback, we have decided to remove the "create an account" part of the app entirely. You should be able to access the content with zero barriers now.
