## What is Examinaite?

Sign-up no longer hangs on the way in.

iPad becomes a real workspace: a sidebar with sections, the app's own logo and type, and full-resolution rendering instead of a scaled-up phone layout.

Oisin gets a face, a menu and a memory, so he remembers your conversation between sessions.

Study reminders really arrive. Pick your times and the app notifies you then.

Your own subjects come first, with every other subject one press away.

Model answers explain themselves line by line: what each step does, and which marks it earns.

Flashcards stop wiping mastery you didn't review that day, and 1,203 new cards from real exam papers have been added and checked.

The text-size setting now does what it says.

Graded answers put your answer at the top and describe your grade in one exam vocabulary instead of two.

Teachers get their teacher account straight away instead of waiting to be approved.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-31

Junior Cycle is here. If you're sitting the Junior Cycle, Examinaite now has its own course for you — your own subjects, your own topics and your own grade descriptors, kept separate from Leaving Cert material throughout.

What else is new:

• Around 500 new flashcards, written from real exam papers and fact-checked before release.
• A short starting quiz that gives you an honest read on where you are in a subject, rather than guessing.
• Ask Oisín to explain any line of a model answer — highlight it and get it broken down.
• Marks now show their working. When your teacher marks a question, you can see what each part was worth, what you earned and why.
• Fixed: Oisín was quietly using up two of your daily messages for every one you sent, so he stopped answering much sooner than he should have. He now counts them properly.
• Fixed: Oisín's answer no longer flashes away behind a loading screen the moment it arrives.

For teachers: you now get both levels and both Irish cycles in every subject you teach, you can set a due time on a class exam, and you can mark up a student's answer directly.
