The layout feels like it was designed during a power outage, half the buttons don’t work properly, and every page loads like it’s being powered by a potato. I opened the site confident and left questioning my entire existence. I looked to my left… disappointment. I looked to my right… buffering. This website stinks of poo. Customer support? Nonexistent. I reported a bug and never heard back. The updates somehow make things worse instead of better. It honestly feels like this app was rushed out without any testing. It constantly freezes, randomly logs me out, and somehow always manages to lag at the worst possible moment. For something designed for exams, you’d think reliability would be the number one priority, but it feels like you’re spending more time fighting the app than actually completing your work. The interface is clunky, confusing, and looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. Overall, Exam.net turned an already stressful exam into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. This app is built for one type of student and one type of student only. If you are not the type A student this app is NOT BUILT FOR YOU, but in fact BUILT FOR YOU TO FAIL. Whenever I tried scrolling through the test everything else goes blank and when I tried crossing out words on a word bank nothing worked. Then when I just pasted the word bank into each question it then would no longer let my write my answer. These are just a few of the many issues I faced. Instead of worrying about my test I had to instead worry about getting this terrible app to work.
