I can’t even log into the website through my mobile phone. The only time is works is on my computer. Useless. ### 1/5 — Very buggy *2022-05-23* You have to click confirm, then back then confirm again to se the rationale and to know if you got ir wrong or not. You have to sign in every time and reset your password every time because the app isn’t smart enough to know it’s you. No game dashboard on my Home Screen. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to study- practice questions are the same as the 170 questions in the book so no real advantage to online stuff and books other than practice exam. A lot of work for the same 170 questions if you ask Me ### 1/5 — Content not loading for course. *2021-01-29, version 1.0.1* I can not get any of the actual course content to load for this app or the web platform. I have emailed the support contacts but have gotten no response back. I mainly purchased the book due to this app and what it advertised. But now after using the activation code that came with the book for the app and web platform am not able to use any of its electronic resources. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can never log in *2025-09-26* You can’t even log into this app. It’s gives you the false illusion that you can have it mobile access it. Sometimes the log in page will come up and if it does then you get a blank screen **Developer response:** Sorry to hear that you are having issues logging into the ExamPrepConnect app. Please remember to access the app, you must first create an ExamPrepConnect account using the EPC web application. I type in my email, then try to input my password and it just resets itself and makes me type everything again but will never let you log in. Pointless. **Developer response:** To access the ExamPrepConnect app, you must first create an account on your desktop application. After you have done this, you will then be able to login to the mobile app. If you continue having issues with the app, please contact: csexamprep@springerpub.com ### 1/5 — Do Not Buy App or Book *2023-12-16, version 1.1.4* You cannot login to the app. Pointless. ### 1/5 — Serious flaws as a study tool *2022-09-20* When I try to highlight text in the app to copy it, the app thinks I’m trying to “swipe back” to the previous page and I lose my highlight! **Developer response:** When initially testing the app on an Apple device, we had the same experience. However, we think the key is to gently swipe the copy and not go to far to the edge of the screen. When using this technique, the copy function successfully worked. ### 1/5 — Yuck. *2022-08-12* Pretty much this app. Not intuitive or easy to navigate. I recommend you use a different source for studying. **Developer response:** We tested the copy text function with our developers and it does work, but the functionality is a little sensitive. We noticed when copying words close to the edge it is very sensitive and may move to the next slide. ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Success! *2021-10-06* I was a bit hesitant to take the test for today because I feel like I didn’t sit enough to review and refresh what I had learn all these years being a bedside nurse. It’s been 13 years since I actually take my first board exam in Nursing and since then it’s been a long time since I had taken an actual test. It feels so good now that it’s over. My only regret is that I waited this long doubting myself. Thank you Exam Prep although most of the questions here did not show on the test, the theory and the scenario is somewhat the same. ### 5/5 — It’s a really great app! A few glitches *2020-12-29* This app has been really wonderful in helping me to make progress, as I am studying for my LCSW. My issue for the last few weeks is that I have to keep creating a new password when I try to log in through the app. Once I go in and change it through my email, I can access my account through my email (after clicking the link in the email), but not when I am trying to log in through the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Didn’t see a place to provide feedback or get help on the app, so I figured I’d put it here. Each time I try to sign in I’ve had to reset my password. At every login in says that my email or password is incorrect and then I have to reset my password via email.
