They seemed to have figured out this feature well. Dictated over 10 dictations last month , app works well. Its finally intuitive , gets me what I need with every case from medical record viewing to reminders. Has come a long way. Its a good one stop shop as a case management system. Dictation system particularly . Very similar to winscribe , dragon dictation and voiceboxmd but better as far as simplicity goes.
