I’ve been getting the run around and told they unlocked my account but still can’t log in and actually have “some” of my money invested into this app that I can no longer get because they messed up my account. I would honestly like to speak to a higher up about this because I’ve tried to be patient but for how long? If you had money stuck in your account, wouldn’t you try to get it out. My thoughts exactly.
