I cannot get the app to load. If the open is open longer than 10 seconds, it crashes and closes automatically. I’ve tried reinstalling; I’ve tried clearing the cache. Nothing is working. Please let me know how to fix it. This app is more “user friendly” than the website. Thank you! **Developer response:** Hi Amielya. Because each time I try to starte the lesson it opens a window [like it’s about to play a video] but all I get is a blank grey screen. So do I need a plug in or something and I’ve tried running this through your app, as well as safari and chrome and it’s the same issues. Can’t even load the app properly. Can’t even remember what I am supposed to do on this thing now. It’s been weeks and at this point, this app is just taking up valuable space on my phone. This is ridiculous.
