## What is Excel BM?

Excel Building Management is proud to partner with BuildingLink to bring you the Excel Resident App – your convenient gateway to building services and support.
 
With the app, you can submit maintenance and defect requests, book shared facilities, access important building documents, update your contact details, and stay informed with the latest updates about your building – all from your mobile device.
 
To access these features, you’ll need to be registered with Excel Building Management. If you haven’t received your login details or require assistance, please contact your Building Manager.
