This is the worse app ever!!! It doesn’t accepts the answers, which are all correct that I provide for the security questions and then it locks you out. Worthless!!!

This app is horrible. The new security questions are not in sync with my answers. I answer them correctly every single time and it locks me out! This is the 2nd time this has happened over the weekend and the credit union is closed! That leaves me without access over the weekend. Remove these stupid questions ASAP or fix the bug on the back end.

Whenever I try to log in I always get message “app not available”. Even after deleting from iPhone and reinstalling.

I  have no problems  when I sign in to this app
to review my acct.  customer service  is always 
helpful. When I have a need to call. The only problem, I would ask if they revise the automated message for the money line which is very confusing…
