The app is buggy - it updates every 2 days. And why does it ask for otp everytime you access the modules when you’re already logged in? I initially joined the school through the application, expecting a smooth online learning process. The system required me to watch videos one by one, unlocking the next only after completing the previous one. However, after an update three days ago, I can no longer access the next video. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they were completely useless—no clear answers, no solutions, just a waste of time. When I decided to cancel the service due to their incompetence, they told me I had to visit a branch that is far from my location. This is absolutely ridiculous, considering that I signed up for an online course in the first place! This school is unprofessional, their customer support is terrible, and their system is full of bugs. I strongly do not recommend them to anyone. Avoid them at all costs تجربتي مع مدرسة السواقة دي كانت سيئه بجد. أنا سجلت عن طريق الابليكشن وكل حاجة كانت أونلاين، وكان المفروض أشوف فيديوهات وبعدين أتحول للفيديو اللي بعده. لكن من ٣ أيام حصل تحديث وبعدين ما بقى ينفع أدخل على الفيديو اللي بعده خالص. حاولت أكلم خدمة العملاء ومفيش منهم أي رد مفيد أو حل للمشكلة. ولما طلبت أكنسل الخدمة، طلبوا مني أروح لفرع بعيد عني، مع إن التسجيل كله كان أونلاين! بجد تجربة محبطة ومضيعة للوقت والفلوس، وما أنصح حد يجربها إطلاقاً. ### 2/5 — Video Player needs work *2025-02-10, version 4.0* If you enable the full screen, the pause/play button and the time row does not disappear making it harder to view the content. They will make you fail with no matter especially if you go with golden chances. Even if you haven’t done any negligible mistake , they will find some reason and make you come again. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2024-09-08, version 3.3* They have a policy for non refund and give’s example of restaurant if you order a meal and you can’t return it so you can’t cancel your additional class nor adjust in your next stage And they said we have highest number of students So its easy for them to adjust the classes but they a have policy of restaurant 😁😃😆 ### 1/5 — The worst driving school and even worse app *2024-05-21, version 3.2* Beware if you are thinking to join excellence. The closest class you will get is in 2 weeks. It will increase you time to get a license insanely high. For the app, I have never used a worse app in my life. Absolutely pathetic user experience. After you book a class, you can’t book another one, you will see an error “Bad Request”. And then you will call to find the earliest class you can book is in 2 weeks ### 1/5 — Driving license issuance *2024-04-23, version 3.2* Nobody in office to print driving license many people’s are waiting very bad service wait time almost more than 1 hour ### 1/5 — اسوء مدرسه للحصول علي الرخصه *2024-03-26* اسوء مدرسه ممكن تقدم فيها لا انصح بها احد هدفهم المال فقط وبيرسبوك كتير بهدف الربح حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ### 1/5 — About failing assessment without any reason *2024-02-20, version 3.2* On 16 Feb my cousin had school assessment test and he is driving car more 7 years now but during the training his instr told him he will have to take contract but he was confident about his driving skill so he decided to go with regular price but on assessment day he got failed by the school examiner without any reason he drove very well ,followed all rules but examiner told him to take u turn where he was in the first left lane ahead there was a singal so he kept going but suddenly examiner shouted at him and said I told you to take right which was not possible at that moment. I was following them from behind and he said him to stop to the vehicle and failed him for this reason which is according to common sense examiner’s fault. And there was another lady she also had her assessment she was not even following the rules giving indicator while changing lanes and she got passed by the same examiner which was a cruel act. Please stop these kind of frauds for just money now he has to pay training fees again and take classes which is very difficult for him. Do something for these kind of allure people. ### 3/5 — Steps for improvement *2023-12-16, version 3.2* There are some steps you can do to improve your application 1. Video is not playing audio with disabled notification in iPhone. Why it is so?) I found out it after all silent videos in the end of my learning 2. Every time videos in test mock questions stops if you look at options at the top of iPhone. 3. I purchased a 100 AED voucher and contacted their official number to open my file. They sent a sales representative named Ahmed. He collected 1,350 AED, stating that 1,020 AED was for genuine file opening and theory classes, and the remaining amount was a “service charge” for pick-up and drop. I clearly informed him that I did not want the pick-up and drop service, and he agreed to refund that portion. However, after following up for over a week, he only refunded 300 AED. When I asked about the remaining 30 AED, he started speaking in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. This experience made me feel misled and scammed. I have registered a complaint, but this has been a very poor and stressful experience. I would advise others to be extremely cautious before making any payments. ### 1/5 — Money lost *2026-01-09, version 4.8.1* When I cancelled my driving class 48h+ there always was pop up notification about 0 costs. So when I cancelled in less than 48 hours I did not notice and automatically dismissed it. Why do you need notification about zero cost to cancel? Make it in red if there is a cost. It operates more like a business model where students are repeatedly failed without clear or valid reasons. Tests are failed unnecessarily, which results in extra classes and additional payments. There is very little transparency or proper explanation after failures, and it feels more about making money than supporting learners to pass and drive safely. I would not recommend this school to anyone who is seriously trying to obtain a driving license in a fair and professional way. It’s shame that I couldn’t get enough lessons with him because he is always fully booked:) but yet he played an important role throughout this driving journey @ Excellence. His constant follow up to check my progress, giving tips, and motivation to prepare me well for the test have been really helpful. I am really grateful for his support and appreciate his true dedication and commitment towards his job! Best instructor hands down. 10/10 recommend. I was able to pass and get my license quickly all thanks to his help and keen observation skills; he pointed out mistakes I was not even aware of and helped me over come them. He taught me all the tips and tricks, more than any other instructor I drove with. He’s got to be the best there is when it comes to excellence. I was really lucky to have her as my instructor, she did an excellent job.
