I can check my account. It’s been days since I was able to open it. It would be nice if I could check my balance etc on my app ugh

I have 24 financial apps, of which I use 9 several times a week. One of the latter is EBT. Unfortunately, it frequently gets “stuck” loading or buffering, with a spinning wheel that never stops. My only recourse is to delete, then upload, the app - an unnecessary pain & waste of time. While this happens a couple times a month with the EBT app, I’ve never experienced it with any of my other financial apps. It seems like others have experienced something similar.

App constantly won’t open stating “something is wrong come back later”. The old version worked much better and never had this issue. Please fix this.

The only thing I don't like about this app is one day you log on and you pin is expired! Then I have to call the bank to reset! It should be easier to reset password and it needs to notify you prior to pin expiration!

The app now does warn you before your password is expiring and allows you to change it right in the app. The app and this bank are great!

The app is excellent and serves its purpose without being so technologically complex and expensive as to cause fees to increase. We are very thankful to this bank for continuing to be a really decent and ethical place to bank!
