Requires a phone verification but won't send to US phone number. Makes the app worthless if trying to schedule a taxi at Incheon before boarding your plane in the US

The app will not let you type the location you need to go. At least for my iPhone SE. This function may work on more advanced phones but please fix this so all users can catch rides to their actual destinations and not the suggested ones.

Cab drivers are unwilling to go to parts of the base they don’t want to go to. Rotational unit who have no cars are in difficult situations when they depend on cab drivers for rides and cabs are unwilling to take rides/calls from undesirable locations.

I can’t give them 1 star because it is still really cheap/affordable and when you do get a cab they’re polite

App works great for getting a taxi to my location and then getting me to where i need to be.  It is understandable that there can be delays sometimes, as the there is a population of about 26,000 that tries to utilize this service, and the local government is having issues with providing additional support.  Taxi drivers do not grow on trees.

Everytime I attempt to make an account it asks for a confirmation number that never arrives. Fix this ASAP.

First of all yoy cant iput your location. You have to choose from their recommended list and if your location is not on your list your have to call. That isnt so bad but when you call THEY DONT PICK UP. Garbage on base taxi. Make sure you also ICE THEM
