So we have to rely on taxis that aren’t even reliable. We order or call and they don’t even show up. They all just sit in one location ignoring calls being lazy. It’s annoying. Either do your job or hire more taxi drivers. It is understandable that there can be delays sometimes, as the there is a population of about 26,000 that tries to utilize this service, and the local government is having issues with providing additional support. I used it on multiple occasions around Humphreys at varying times of day with no issues. A cab would pull up within minutes every time. The only suggestion I’d give is to improve the UI. It’s not entirely intuitive and takes some getting used to but nonetheless gets the job done. ### 5/5 — Fast! *2019-12-13, version 1.2.12* On Camp Humphreys and they are fast to arrive, on a late night too! ### 3/5 — Poor contractors *2024-01-19* Cab drivers are unwilling to go to parts of the base they don’t want to go to. Rotational unit who have no cars are in difficult situations when they depend on cab drivers for rides and cabs are unwilling to take rides/calls from undesirable locations. I can’t give them 1 star because it is still really cheap/affordable and when you do get a cab they’re polite ### 3/5 — Had to figure out the cheat code *2021-07-04, version 21.04.140* For the longest, I couldn’t set up a profile even though I had a Korean number, turns out you have to type in 010-whatever your number is to make it work. No country code. Hope this helps 👌🏽 ### 2/5 — Huge Flaw *2024-04-07* The app will not let you type the location you need to go. At least for my iPhone SE. This function may work on more advanced phones but please fix this so all users can catch rides to their actual destinations and not the suggested ones. ### 2/5 — Updates for the APP please *2022-10-24, version 21.04.140* The APP itself should have the status and any updates of the requested taxi rather then sending text messages.
