Exchequer Mobile provides you with secure access to your Exchequer accounting data via your iPhone or other iOS device. Access to your business information has never been more important. Need to check a customer’s balance, check stock, authorise an order or simply email a copy invoice, Exchequer Mobile is the answer for your business. With a simple consistent interface across multiple devices, Exchequer Mobile allows you to login and see your business data, whenever and wherever you need it. Data wise, we allow you access to account details, ledger details (invoices, payments, orders) as well as allowing drill-down to actual source documents (PDF format). Find yourself on site with a customer and have an account query; no problem simply bring up their account information and view/e-mail a statement or copy invoice; right from your device. With support for full wild-card searching throughout, you will be able to locate and solve your query in a matter of seconds. The "My Reports" section will allow you to see your own personal list of reports. This list can contain Exchequer Sentimail, manual and statically generated reports and documents; all up to date. Reports are downloaded on request and typically consist of sales reports and Excel management packs for example, but can also include other documents such as HR or procedure guides if required. A demonstration mode is built in to the app for evaluation - simply ensure the 'Demo Mode' switch is set to 'ON' at the Login screen. For live use you will require an installed Exchequer solution, with the Exchequer Mobile module enabled. Whoever is responsible for this please discontinue making apps forever. ### 1/5 — i dread using this app *2024-06-08, version 2.0.2* aside from the slow and glitchy interface, this app has no intuitive design. three major sticking points that need to be addressed in the next update: - why do you need to save an expenses claim before you can attach any receipts? - once a claim has been submitted for approval, it becomes read-only and cannot be sent back to the claimant for revision. this means you have to re-enter every single claim again. why? - not being able to multi-add receipts or photos means you’re stuck attaching millions of photos, with no thumbnails to tell which is which. even worse, the photos are all grouped together rather than bet]ing specifically attachable to lines (claims). and finally, each photo needs a title before it can be saved, so you’re endlessly uploading receipts and labelling them twice or three times throughout the process. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-02-20, version 1.1.16* Words cannot describe how terrible this app is.
