The app was very easy to use. By enabling location services, it found my home address. It is then able to search for and finds the flight information with just a couple of clicks. Or, you can enter the flight information manually. Very easy to book a reservation!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to after my latest issues. Today was the latest (last) time a pre-scheduled driver did not arrive. I like 30 minutes from airport. Their dispatcher called at the scheduled pickup time to say there was no one to pick me up. This is now the 4th time I had had a driver no show or significant scheduling error that required I find last minute alternative. I still haven’t received a credit back for two of these trips. Do not waste your time unless you have the schedule flexibility to come up with alternative solutions.
