I love when I go to flight information and I give my date of arrival and arrival time, answer what airline I am coming in on… and up pops my flight number perfectly! Only have used ExecuCar twice before but 100% satisfactory. Can’t imagine anyone better. Years ago, we were arriving close to LAX, just got off 405 and traffic was just awful… the driver just headed in a different way and we were curbside in 10 minutes! After a LONG delay at the airport yesterday, ExecuCar/their sub-contractor ensured that a driver was at the airport to meet me—I received texts and was able to communicate with him when I arrived. My husband and I will definitely continue to rely on them. ### 5/5 — Easy Log in, but wish for a comment area. *2022-05-18* My wife is blind and we have a service dog that flys with us. I wish there was a “note or comment space” to write additional information about the dog so when the driver shows up there not surprised about the dog. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient. It is comforting to have someone waiting for me when I arrive in baggage claim. They generally know the baggage carousel before I do, and always help me with my luggage. I also like having (usually the same driver) pick me up at the hotel and take me back to the airport. The rates are also different dropping to an airport versus picking up. Picking up costs more, I’m told because they may have to wait for people to get their luggage. I travel frequently with no luggage and no carry-on. It’s more common that I wait for them then they are waiting for me. They are not customer focused. I’m a retired marketing consultant. I’ve worked with companies who needed less helping these guys. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Do not waste your time *2025-03-10* I never write reviews but felt compelled to after my latest issues. Today was the latest (last) time a pre-scheduled driver did not arrive. I like 30 minutes from airport. Their dispatcher called at the scheduled pickup time to say there was no one to pick me up. This is now the 4th time I had had a driver no show or significant scheduling error that required I find last minute alternative. I still haven’t received a credit back for two of these trips. Do not waste your time unless you have the schedule flexibility to come up with alternative solutions. ### 1/5 — ExecuCar / super shuttle is a scam *2022-01-23* ExecuCar/super shuttle is a scam. They use multiple names and services as well so beware. I reserved and paid for a trip from MSP airport. Upon my arrival at airport, someone called me and in very broken English said my driver asked him to call me and say he could not pick us up because "he had to go home". The caller could not offer alternate ride or suggestion. I called the 800 number, waited on hold 15 minutes - they never answered. Then the same man called back and said "you must find other ride, my friend cannot come". I found an Uber. Another 30 minutes passes, and the automated text from company indicates I did not show up for my ride (this way the will say they can charge me). I tried to email the company as listed on the confirmation - email bounced back as invalid. I texted any and all numbers they used and had no response or try denied knowing what happened. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE *2021-12-24* I called an hour before the scheduled pick up time to confirm and I was told there was a mechanical issue with the car and they wouldn’t be able to pick the person up. They said they had no one to replace the car and they just canceled the reservation. They didn’t even call me to cancel! I was the one who called the check in! HORRIBLE horrible customer service. He didn’t even try to find a solution, just told me it wouldn’t work out. The person who was supposed to be picked up had no phone apps to take an Uber or anything and was older, so it put him in a bad situation. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell everyone I know to never use them. I hope your company goes out of business. ### 1/5 — Beware *2021-06-13, version 3.5.9* This app is a front, they “sell” the ride to a random service to fulfill, so sometimes they don’t have the same arrangement, so you may get curbside vs meeting you at the carousel as you paid for. Then you get to deal w another third party. ### 1/5 — Why Uber or Lyft Win *2020-02-10, version 3.5.6* Because I can't even see if a pickup time is available without creating an account. ### 1/5 — Latest release doesn’t work on iPhone 11 *2020-02-03, version 3.5.6* Let’s get up to the Point of confirming your ride but doesn't offer any ride choices! ### 1/5 — Awful in Los Angeles *2019-12-19, version 3.5.6* Booked a car for 11:15... at 11:05 I get a notification saying the car will show up at 11:40. The point of a car pickup service is that it shows up on time, at least I though. Welp it’s 11:26 and I’m still on the phone with my local dispatcher trying to get a refund. NEVER use this app, the gloss of the user interface covers up the fact that you’re basically hailing a taxi through a dispatcher... this is not like Uber or Lyft. ### 1/5 — If I could give 0 stars I would! *2019-12-15, version 3.5.6* ZERO RESPONSE when trying to get in touch via the in-app messaging with the company as there was a maintenance issue with the plane. ZERO RESPONSE from the driver and status was moved to no show. I tried to contact these guys to rearrange transport due to the flight and our cancellation! Now they say there’s nothing they can do but I’d have to pay for a new trip. ROBBERY. App is useless. Will not use this service again! ### 1/5 — Total scam *2019-11-30* Let me explain how this company and its parent company SuperShuttle work. You will use their apps to pre-pay for your ride. They usually get you to the airport no problem. But good luck getting back home. They know that you do not have to make a flight when you get back. So they have no problem making you wait and wait and wait as last minute clients need rides. Because you have already paid and because you don’t have to make a plane when you come back from your trip they will put you on the back burner again and again and again and keep taking new fares until they have an opening and then they will come get you. this has happened to me twice now. Just the other day I arrived at LAX and received a message from them saying that they will be about 45 minutes behind. OK fine… Even in legitimate cases this happens sometimes. But Three hours pass and nothing from them! I had to Uber home. $150 Uber! After I paid these idiots $250 for round-trip including tip! it has been two days now… They have not contacted me in any way. Completely abandoned me… Why not they’ve got my money. ### 1/5 — App Terrific, Service Awful *2019-11-12, version 3.5.5* These guys have designed a nice app, without the service to match. They stranded us at the airport with a confirmed reservation. By enabling location services, it found my home address. It is then able to search for and finds the flight information with just a couple of clicks.
