Keeps unhappy users busy pressing a button that doesn’t fix anything. If you need help, ring them. ### 1/5 — Dreadfully woeful *2025-04-23, version 26.1.0* Latency issues so used this to ‘find the fix’ but it goes nowhere & it’s obviously just set up as a delay/marketing tool with no ‘actual’ fix gateway. Eg, single household with a 50plan. Had ‘only’ the Apple TV on, ran test, advised that the 2 day latency issue was the bandwidth of ‘deviceS’ connected. Ah no… ran an independent speedtest and ping was 157 with critical latency issues. This app is a wrought.
