After inputting all of the info and arriving at the Nassau airport, there were no monitors in the Airport with your code to input for immigration. All visitors have to fill out the paperwork to turn in to officials. When asked about the online info already done, they didn’t know what I was talking about and said everything is done on paper. So this company now has my address, birthday, passport number and other personal info. Apple should remove this app from their store. ### 1/5 — Rather useless if you have nothing to declare *2025-01-29, version 3.4.41* The filling of the Exempt is not overly complicated. Adding a child to the list has two steps. Just watch for it. Before landing, yo need to manually fill in a boarding pass for each person and basically most questions are identical to Exempt. However, some after you pass immigration, they don’t ask you for the Exempt pass that is rather silly. It is waste of time. ### 1/5 — Scanning and adding minors *2024-11-01, version 3.4.37* Many bugs with this app. Cannot scan one of my three kids and no other obvious way to add them. All four that did scan had passport expiry dates off by one day. Couldn’t put everyone on my C17 because one of my kids couldn’t be added to my profile. Go back to physical verification at the airport. ### 1/5 — The app is worthless *2024-09-02, version 3.4.37* I was able to set up my account, scan the passports and fill out the C17 form just fine. I arrive in the Bahamas just to be told I need to fill out the paper copy anyways. So what was the point of this app? Literally no one checked whether I did it digitally or not!!! ### 1/5 — Barely trying *2024-07-19, version 3.4.37* Passport scanner brings up the wrong date (off by one day for both of us) but then shows up correctly in profile. Weird error not to be corrected. Other UX improvements would take almost no effort ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-07-14, version 3.4.37* You have to tap the screen 50 times to get the scanner to finally scan & if it scans incorrectly, there is no way to input the correct data & you have to attempt to rescan. I took 20 minutes to finally get it to scan correctly. Then I was going to look at the forms just to see what is required; if you click on a form, there is no way to go back & you are stuck filing out the form even if it was the incorrect form. You literally have to set aside three days of your vacation to get everything put in here. The ability to enter details here manually, does not work. After scanning and putting the information in, the app comes back with an error that there is something wrong with the details entered vs the information already in the system. This app needs a lot more testing. ### 1/5 — The worst app ever *2025-12-20, version 3.4.56* In addition to on going problems with random errors, for instance you used to be able to add the same passenger as many times as you want, the list of item missing key items, but some categories are useless. After latest “update” I cannot use the app at all as it requires a recovery pin… the pin never existed…. It’s hard to recover access using pin that doesn’t exist…. any other half decent apps have a process of recovering via email…. This one doesn’t, it is stuck in a loop of “recovery”. I think one of the current problems in the process is - after you scan the passport it has mandatory fields like address and email that user needs to fill out, however email field doesn’t allow typing and as such, you can never complete the form. Perhaps, before releasing an update, it should be tested. Anyways, current version doesn’t work at all and overall this app doesn’t deserve even 1 star. ### 1/5 — Trash and buggy *2025-12-03, version 3.4.55* Doesn’t work the app constantly crashes it’s asking me to update my information but I can’t type anything in the fields. Reached the Bahamas only to find out this app was useless - and was forced to waste time filling out paperwork. No code anywhere in the airport even if someone where to of asked, therefore rendering the app useless because without the code the information on the form you’ve supplied isn’t accessible. ### 1/5 — App development without QA Testing will always fail. *2025-06-07, version 3.4.46* This app will not accept the number of passengers in my party (Error: passengers added are not equal to persons in your party), which is one (myself), and it scans my passport but displays an error stating “The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the right format”. Your developers need to fix these issues or this app is useless in saving any traveler time. ### 1/5 — Great idea poor execution *2025-04-25, version 3.4.45* I was really happy to see I could do this all ahead of time. Hopes were high when I was able upload passport data for the family by taking pictures of passports. But alas, after painstaking entry of all declared items at the last step of the process i was hit with the error of “the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. Customer support is more than quick to respond to my questions (and I have had several). Their responses are not only quick but to the point and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this app. ### 3/5 — Great idea but could use improvement *2023-07-06, version 3.4.22* The app makes the customs process more seamless as it integrates a lot of the functions and allows us to fill out and pay before even landing in The Bahamas. This can save a lot of time and I’m sure is easier on the officer for calculation and tracking purposes. My only caveat is that each item has to be entered in individually which is extremely cumbersome for those bringing in a large amount of goods. If I bring it 50 shirts that are at different prices, I would have to fill out a form for each item even though they all have the same tax. It would be better to allow users to group similar items, input a quantity and a total price and allow the app to calculate the customs duty as it wouldn’t change whether we put it in individually or altogether. ### 2/5 — Archaic but it works *2025-08-01, version 3.4.51* The idea is good but execution is poor. Scanning passport does not upload all information. The country field uploads but you are asked to re-enter. How do you not have Nassau as an island? ### 2/5 — Need major work!!! *2023-08-10, version 3.4.25* My first problem with this app is, when your filling out the c17 form it does not save as you go. I had to start over twice. If you make a mistake you can not go back and edit the entry, you will have to delete and start all over again. It only allows 5 invoices at per form. After you submit the form, you can download the calculated document, but it didn’t work. And nothing saves to you profile….
