## What is 運動樂 Exercise Fits?

此應用程式旨為身體健康欠佳的人士，提供制定個人化的運動計劃，包括呼吸運動、肌肉強化運動和伸展運動，以提高使用者的健康水平。
另外，可配合由香港理工大學康復治療科學系研發的肺功能感測器套件，為用戶提供全面身體狀況的監測。

特點： 
•	具内置的心率監測，及使用者自我記錄運動的辛苦程度，以記錄使用者在運動前、後的情况。 
•	根據使用者的自我匯報資料及狀況，應用程式有調整推薦運動強度水平的內置功能 
•	制定合適的運動計劃 
•	有語音以及視頻指導
•	另配合由肺功能感測器套件監測使用者的肺功能 
•	多個運動計劃可自由選擇
•	使用者可按個人能力額外加減運動量
•	設有安全機制。透過監測使用者的身體狀況，如發現使用者當天身體不適合做運動，會停止使用者繼續運動
