What is this? For real, what is this?

As previous review started the app consist of still images and a voice saying “Go! Go!”. Anyone, senior or not, would require a pretty good knowledge of fitness to use this.Also everything has a fee, though it’s not stated anywhere. I got suckered a couple times. F this app!!!

Although some exercises are self-explanatory, many are not. Details of how each should be performed with a rough indication of pace would help, especially to prevent injuries.

Jammer dat je praktisch iedere app waar je tevreden over bent moet betalen. Maar daaraan toe maar zorg dan ook dat je meerdere talen laat kiezen waaronder ook Nederlands. Verder zeer tevreden over de app fijne oefeningen. Maar wel graag dringend een update van de talen a.u.b.
