Pretty ugly colour theme as well.. creating a schedule from zero gives me an anxiety honestly ### 2/5 — Notifications need to be updated *2026-01-18, version 2.4.11* This is a good app but can be better. I have an iPhone and an android. It also doesn’t sync with the desktop so appointments aren’t booked or can’t be booked. I liked knowing what events and appointments I had with the color specific icons. Yeah, it’s sleek and modernized now, but not very efficient… Fix it. What I mean by that is knowing Lvl 2 for Lvl 3 or whether or not it’s a PTS or a premium clients. The old version was a lot more appealing than the new black version. However I’ve dealt with soooo many problems with this app. I’ve worked with a different company previously the app they used was bad. This app makes their app look like it was sent from heaven. I’ve had log in problems, problems with the app to computer connection, problems with things not properly put in etc. I also would’ve love to have a proper overview for putting in sessions and scheduling things on the actual phone. The app on the phone and the computer sometimes don’t connect directly. So if something is put on the app on the phone it wouldn’t always connect right away to the app on the computer or with members/clients. ### 1/5 — New update graphic is obnoxious *2025-07-29* Please take away the graphic that pops up every time I click on a name/ class. In this update, it’s all just monochrome. It’s been weeks now and I’m still having a hard time adjusting to the visual change. Would LOVE to see colors incorporated again. You used to be able to contact participants directly through the app, but now you can’t. This makes it extremely inconvenient and a break in my workflow, if I need to reach out to a participant in a timely manner. When you click on their profile, their phone number and email are non-functioning buttons. So, you have to write it down and then reach out manually. I have also been in positions where the class participation will reflect zero participants, when in fact, people are signed up. I would have to refresh the page in order for the class participation to reflect accurately. I’m not sure if that’s so much of a bug as it is simply an inconvenience. It would be nice if the app updated in real time. This also presents itself as a problem when I need to book someone and it may appear that there is availability when in fact there isn’t. The previous version needed its performance enhancements. However, this current version is so different. It’s almost counterintuitive. ### 1/5 — Updates actually made this app worse (yes, it’s possible) *2023-01-22* Update with the newest version: (December ‘22) Worse than before. Very difficult to see each day, the color coding is gone, and I can’t copy member phone numbers from the app anymore. No notifications and members can sign up for a workshop or appointment up to the minute of the start time, meaning you constantly have to check your schedule or you will miss an appointment. The only thing that I don’t hate about this app is that I can schedule people through my phone since I’m rarely near a computer. I recently transferred locations and no longer have access to my worklog. No one knows who to contact to fix this.
