The moment you want to join or pay for anything, or book anything, you realise how terrible the functionality is. You can pay, but get no membership number, you can try to set up an account which is then not connected to the membership or app. It’s government half arsed work yet again. Sadly, and predictably, it’s total rubbish. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-05-26, version 5.94* Where to start! Unable to book for more than 1 person using the spa. Spa bookings listed under the wrong title so hard to find. I’ve managed to register an account but trying to link it to a club it’s just not working. When I reset my password on the website it tells me the password I had just reset from a link sent via email is incorrect. I try and reset but it’s an ongoing issue. When I try and reset it on the new ‘fantastic’ app it doesn’t and says it’s unable to complete request.
