App worked years ago, tried again recently and unable to access the menu on the app to connect to the PPM

can’t get into hamburger menu, meter connects just fine to exfo exchange app. 

no amount of installing/uninstalling, toggling bluetooth etc will get this app to connect to my ppm-350d.
