Love this app, very easy to use and it provides instant results. I’ve used it to wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night. A great app to help you slow down in life. I know that at the touch of a button I can have immediate help to keep me calm. Highly recommended.

This is a simple and beautiful app that can be used daily at multiple times throughout the day— from when I wake up, to when I might need a break and calm down, to when I need to pick up again and need an energy booster to when I fall to sleep. It’s aesthetic to watch and really helps me breathe correctly. You can also customise colours and modes which I like! Would highly recommend this app!
