Even if we never learn to say no because one of our sole purposes on Earth as Woman is to be the help to Man. Its not always fair, easy or for the faint but at some point we have to realize that we can only carry so many loads without learning to Exhale. 

Exhale By Step Fitness LLC is strictly designed to assist woman in their Exhale season of life. When we realize the no matter the loads for others, absolutely no one can be the driving force to a better you but YOU!  Take 10-30 minutes whether daily or 2-3 times a week to not only look better physically but to gain mental stability as well. When YOU work out, YOU are benefiting YOU ONLY.  Exhale the day, the Exhale way.

I can’t promise you that Exhale By Step Fitness LLC will be the easiest but I can promise you results. It will work, if you work it.
